We are just kicking off the summer and the market is in full swing! I sold 1330 Glorietta Blvd. in less than 60 days!  It sold for 5% more than it sold only a year ago! Another listing on C Avenue, which was listed for $2,250,000, the listing Broker reported that he had multiple offers and went into escrow within only a few days! While not all properties are “flying off the shelf” those that are priced aggressively and are in great shape are moving pretty quickly.
