Coronado homes and condos have been selling this summer and we are having multiple sales in the $3,000,000 to $5,000,000 range for the first time in almost a year! The Coronado real estate market has begun to firm up and Buyers don't seem to have the fear of the Coronado real estate market continuing the decline in value that we had from 2006 until now. In fact , if you look at some of the recent sales near the beach...the market is improving with higher prices than in 2006!
